I returned my order and eventually got my refund, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. Support got back to me after a couple of days and they were decent enough, just not exactly quick. The most annoying part was having to verify my info more than once, which felt unnecessary and kind of slowed everything down. Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience, but I really wish the return process was clearer and less repetitive
